So why her experience of emotional struggle in trying to get recognition for her music, even from the early pre award days, resounded so strongly with the like subject of the M&M great song LOSE YOURSELF. Her song AM I NOT PRETTY ENOUGH? is also about the same struggle when younger, trying to get air play on radio. Another song THE CAPTAIN was written when she was younger also, worrying about how her life might be when older, if she never made a success of her music career, though also popular as it can be interpreted as a lament from a woman who has reached older life, neither independent and financially successful through a career, nor paired in a successful relationship. Kasey need not have stressed. On another subject, AIN'T NO LITTLE GIRL is a fantastic showcase of her blues talent.

Hiding behind this persona, which it even says in the bible "false profits" Hiding behind the cross for profit and greed.

This concert was in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The first femail singer of Nightwish was Tarja Turunen, married to an argentinian man. Many Nigtwish-fans in Argentina on that ground felt that Tarja was "half-argentinian" and in a way "one of us". They were not happy when the band sacked Tarja, and at first was a bit hesitant to those who followed her (Anette and Floor). But this concert definitely broke the ice. After the song, you can hear the public chanting enthusiastically: "Floor! Floor! Floor!" In other words, Floor was "accepted" and the band "forgiven" for sacking Tarja.

So emotional to see a woman understand before our eyes, how we all struggle. Sending love to all the men out there. Keep your heads up brothers.

I agree, you should listen to the original, it is beyond words......having said that, I actually prefer this live version way more than the original. Not taking anything away from the original, as I said, it is beyond words, but for me, the live version I saw in person with these three ladies singing will always reverberate through my being and sing to me more, but that's just me.
