Thank you for being real with us! I felt the same way. I stopped listening to LP after 2017 and now I'm listening to it daily. I've missed it so much and feel blessed and thankful to continue enjoying it again. Please do more LP and some Dead Sara reactions. Thank you! ❤

Mike didn't erase Chester. He even did a tour to commemorate him in 2018 with an album. The album is quite emotional and heavy. Emily isn't a scientologist, she's a lesbian. They are completely intolerant of her in this way, look up their beliefs on the subject. Emily was born into scientology but has cut ties since 2013. She has even cut off most of her family because of it. She went to a hearing to support a friend. Then she realized that friend was a scumbag and cut ties. Chester's son isn't a part of the band and has no say, he's quite delusional IMO. She's a new chapter that adds to their story and so it will continue rather than end. Also, she was inspired by Chester to sing and scream. So she's singing for one of her hero's. How's that a bad thing? Mike writes most of the songs and 4 of the band members are still there. People are simply hateful and misogynistic. She very much sounds similar to Chester, it's natural for her. Check oit her former band Dead Sara, shes awesome.

Hi there. I realize that this video was from quite a while ago. That said, nice job on the differences between western and Japanese customs. I am a huge BABYMETAL fan but, I learned a whole lot more from your explanation of a different world. Thank you. 😊

As a man that never had a father figure I’m trying to be the best dad I can be for my son, I’m trying to give him the life I never got to have as a child my father abandoned me at birth, now being a cancer survivor it motivates me even more to be a dad to my son, I will never give up on him!!!

hello, I know I come on this topic long after last comment but I am in love with this song and I feel the same as you. David sing and he simply touch my soul. I am alone in life, nobody to talk, nobody to listen to me or to share deep thought so it feels so good to listen to this song. I hope you are better now. btw, you are a beautiful person. have a great year 🙂

Of course your husband feels like that all men feel this the women in our lives are always the hardest on us, every time you be a brat as you say is always etched into our mind and it always outweighs the good because the good is so really there if ever, the weight of the world is on us because women put it there and if we can't lift that weight anymore we are useless and cut loose instantly, this is how much women care about men's mental health 30yrs and no one gives a shit enough to know it exists

As a 50 yr old man a husband and a father of two this song hits deep . As someone raised to be the provider protector to put God Country and family before.myself i joined the military righr out of high-school married my wife 3 yrs after joining was a firefighter after the Army its been a tough ride. I live with PTSD lost both my dad and my brother to motorcycle wrecks and im 100 percent disabled do to being hit by a truck on my motorcycle and drug 21 yrds under the truck i hit rock bottom and almost completely gave up on living . We live locking our demands away while trying to fight our families problems and it does bring us to our knees and we do feel like we gave no one to turn to.

Bill Rieflin was an absolute treasure. His works is abundant in my music collection. I got to meet him a couple of times many years ago, and he was always an absolute class act. Super nice, humble, and so happy to talk about music. I was seriously upset when I heared he had died.

Such a great reaction. Great visuals, and Greta Van Fleet are really awesome. It's rediculous, that a lot of us as millenials, and a looooot of gen x and boomers can get together at, what is essentially a gen z band, and give them the full credit of their sound. Sure, everyone comes from somewhere, but we gotta give credit, where credit is due. Yes, they sound like LZ, but they also sure as hell sound like themselves, and own their sound hardcore. Just like every pop musician, rock musician or metal musician worth their salt. Think about how many times rap has been reinvented. Not even reinvented, but homaged over and over, while being praised for not only honoring the past, but transitioning into the future. Greta Van Fleet are giving us more of what we have wanted for years, so why should we complain?

My first exposure to metal was Maiden when I was about 10-11. My very first concert ever was Maiden in 1983 at 12yrs old then my second was Maiden in 1985 at 14. Saw them again as an adult. They will always have a huge place in my heart. Bruce’s solo work is exceptionally good; especially this song. A famous YT vocalist with over 1M subs, Dan Vasc, did an outstanding cover of Tears of the Dragon as well as The Number of the Beast. It’s extremely hard to cover Bruce/Maiden but Dan nails it!!

You know, not everyone who doesn't like their current style is hating just for hating. Nightwish is still Nightwish. They have the same elements they have been using for a long time, it's just the emphasis has changed. The 2 newest albums are largely very mellow and soft. Noise and Ocean of Strange Islands stick out very clearly for being the only songs on each album that are thoroughly heavy. Most songs are now 80% almost silence with one more bombastic part somewhere in the song. Nightwish is easily the best band in the world when it comes to the full on orchestral blasting. There are no rivals and if they stop doing it, there's no one else to pick up the baton. I always say Nightwish doing lullabies is like having a ferrari but using it only for shopping in the local market.
