excellent suggestion. That song is my favorite of the ITEC shows. SO much emotion, Damian brings over the issue of depression and suicidal ideation so well. Might be explained because he had his share of it (See his video on yt about 'a part of me')

On the 31th ticket sales for the 30th Anniversary Show in Tilburg september 2025 will start… I would highly recommend if you have any chance of popping over. Last years show was magical, the whole town, the whole weekend was one party! My friend will be flying over from Aruba again 😊 Btw Damian is such a special nice man, a great hugger, he probably took pictures with all 15.000 fans.

Arjen is so good in what he does. I think there are only a few artists who have this ability to imagine another universe AND make a whole musical out of it. It’s magic, I think. :) And what a beautiful voice Damian has.

I recommend the album Golden Age of Music by Arjen Lucassen's Supersonic Revolution - an album in which Arjen and his group play music in 1970s rock style. All the songs are also themed about 1970s rock; such as a song from the point of view of the 'stupid with a flare gun' in Deep Purple's Smoke on the Water, and one in which a lad is taken to an (uncool) Abba concert against his will and finds he really enjoys it.

It's a great album the 1st 4 songs are outstanding, the 2nd album that goes with it it more metal with special guests.

You both should review some stuff from the new Nightwish album. The whole album is incredible! I suggest watching the music video for “Lanternlight”. I’m sure Sistah will cry! Especially if you know what it’s about and the circumstance under which it was written.

Great reaction as usual. This is a great performance by Damian, but as others have said, to me THE performance for Damian with Ayreon, is the performance of Twisted Coil at the Electric Castle show. Not only is it his best performance, but to me it is one of the best live vocal performance I have ever heard. One small constructive criticism though, the background music is a bit loud for my taste, as it makes it difficult to concentrate on your commentary.
