I’m making a floor mat with this pattern and it’s starting to curl… I’ve been going along with the pattern increasing the singles by 1 every row, is there a point where you should stop increasing to stop it from curling?

Thiz is so pretty. I don't mean to sound critical.That's not my intent. The music is a little annoying. I will have to turn off the volume. I agree with someone who said I wish she could talk.Just makes it so much easier when someone is explaining what they're doing. Trying to watch their hands, your work And reading this small script can be a little complicated. I'm gonna give this a try like I said.I'm not trying to complain to be critical just trying give some suggestions.

For me the edges are "walking" to the side. They didn't come out as going straight up, but they start to shift to the left. I don't see what I did wrong... I thought I might have accidentally put the stitches for the edges where you connect the two previous stitches, one stitch to far such that the edges start to shift.. I rewatches the video several times and just don't see what I am doing differently. Any tips or ideas?

I am left handed person and I have learned crocheting by watching right handed people but this is complicated for me to watch and put it into left handed. Thanks I won’t give up I will try until I make it.

@@normaspaulding5526She has got written instructions at the bottom of the video as she is doing it. I have written it down before actually making it. But rows 5 & 6 don’t seem to be right. To me what she has written to what she does is not the same. May be it’s me getting confused. I have paused & watched so many times. I think what I will do. Is have a go & see how it works out. The lady that has kindly put the instructions in the comments is also different to what I have written down from the tuitorial. 😊
