Thanks for this question! I usually don't use any glue for the pin, the beads around it are usually tight enough for me, and I like having the option of reusing the pin later for a different project. But if you want to use the glue it would be easiest to apply when you insert the pin in.

Is it possible to make this without a stud base, just bead and string? I wanted to make a charm of this shape for my bracelet

You could make the stud base without putting the earring pin in! For this design each spark of the firework is attached to a bead on the base, so you would need to make the base, but the earring pin is optional

Советую для шарика брать не 15 бисер, а побольше. Потом когда делаешь лепестки игла уже не проходит нормально, есть риск сломать иглу или бисер
