Hi Rahul, yes I think this could be done with needle and beading thread! If you don't want the steps to change, you could use 2 needles, one on each side of the thread.

Is the red and blue beads in place of the bronze bead or is the blue bead in place of the gold 15/0?

Thanks for this question Karen! Both the 15/0 red and blue beads are in place of the 15/0 bronze beads, I used different demonstration colors for each layer. The 15/0 gold beads are used only at the end, to form a loop to hold the ear wire. Hope this helps!
