Un québécois! C'est vraiment rare que je vois du footage québécois pour des tests de caméras haha. Je viens tout juste de recevoir ma S5II X aussi. Incroyable! J'ai eu beaucoup de caméras over the years (a6300, GH5, BMPCC6K, S5 original.. puis maintenant la S5II X). Honnêtement, c'est la caméra la plus INSANE que j'ai jamais utilisée. TRÈS TRÈS TRÈS proche d'être le setup PARFAIT, surtout pour un run n gun shooter! L'IBIS de la S5 original était déjà excellent, mais maintenant c'est juste ridicule.. vite vite les motions donnent presque l'impression que je shoot en 30 fps quand je suis en 24 fps (in a good way.. ca look encore 24 fps, mais les micro-shake sont tellement bien éliminés et le sensor shift tellement smoothly que ça élimine l'effet du rolling shutter lorsque tu bouges pas beaucoup. Bref, enjoy my friend! Je suis de Terrebonne, Québec en passant (tout près de Montréal/Laval). Je suis jamais allé à Thetford Mines mais ça l'air vraiment cool! Je subscribe.. Peace! :)

@@madupaul oui, le best ça parait sketch mais c'est d'enregistrer le feed vidéo d'un player VHS avec une plug rca à hdmi et ensuite une carte de capture hdmi à usb, ensuite c'est possible d'enregistrer comme une webcam avec le programme OBS

im interested, in all the moving shots any object with a hard edge seems to jitter almost strobe as the shot moves. Especially the tree branches against the bright background. I only ask because I have had shots do this and im not sure what causes it. Is this due to some youtube compression? what shutter speed was it shot at? perhaps it was a fast shutter speed, and its the lack of motion blur that is making it seem jumpy? (the shot around 1.25 i guess is a good example of what i mean. Thanks!

everything was shot at 180° shutter, i'm pretty sure this is because my movement wasn't fast enough

@@LDRO hmm interesting. ok yeah that could make sense. Its such a niche technical issue that I've tried to understand but haven't been able to find any definitive information on, I even see it sometimes in indie films in the cinema, and on a large screen the effect is nauseating! so its clearly an easy trap to fall into. absolutely breathtaking shots in here! How do you feel about the shots in which there is no blurriness, do you think that there's still something special going on when shooting on this anamorphic lens, or are these kind of shots basically the same as cropping a spherical lens? I tend to think the former, that the lens even looks better in the all sharp shots, but I can't put my finger on it.

I also own an s1. does anybody else see this stuttering while panning the camera. it makes me insane. As long nothing moves everything is fine.

Yes! Same for me. I already thought, I was the only one seeing this. Do you use shutter angle or shutter time? It looks like some kind of sync issue of the shutter, creating some kind of ghosting/flickering effect...

@@phlipse90 i always use shutter angle (Mostly 180 degree). i have had this problem allready on other panasonic cameras like GH4. But does shutter time or different angles work out for you? Sometimes i believe it is a problem with the missing low pass filter on the sensor of the S1. The Problem appears aspecialy in fine highcontrast motivs. Similar to moire effects.

Imagine a sequel of baby driver: Baby, once released from prison, trying to make money with music but it's not successful (mainly because of his hearing problem). But then he's recruited to be a rally racer. After a few clumsy race (well, he's not trained to be one, after all) he finally blows people's mind. But just when he starts becoming successful, his past catches on him. I dunno, maybe the Professor affiliates try to get revenge or something. Couldbe anything. They got his girl and he must drive to hell once more to save her.
