Its the same food through out the yrs. Not like those in the 90’s where i work there. Its was called Westin Hotel n Plaza. And the restaurant called Tea Room. Those days they have Mexican promotion and many others. Oyster all year la round. Now none. All budget and stale seafood

Actually, why they seem to use charcoal fire to fry? Any difference if they use gas fire?

I cannot consume food with so much spice. I will not eat Nasi Kandar. LOL.

The style of featuring the food is good. Wow to the selections especially personal services from the chef from table to table. Able to assessed the ambience and services partly from this video. The food 5 stars for me. Quality and selections of food available 5 stars. But would be good based on that current price on that day，to know how you would you assess value for money for this buffet. Thank you again and look forward to your next video. Just a note point, prices of buffet defer from time to time but more importantly whether it has value for the money spend. Well wishes.

Choose a softer music. Competition for attention. Featuring of food is good. OK to feature finally all the food selected of your preferences. A simple review by number of stars indications on service, food quality, ambience and pricing according to your assessment. From your video, I could not fully assessed the ambience or services but in terms of selections or the choices of food for this buffet, I would give it a 3 stars, the food are rather ordinary. No special assigned food counter like roast duck, chef attending to meat counter to cut the slices. However thank you for your effort and do continue producing videos.
