Love it but ditch the fireplace. Dont care for it and dont want to look up to watch tv or move the couch further back to watch because then I would need to buy a new larger tv.

Leave It.......I Like Having The Kitchen Separated Because The Kitchen Is It's Own Space. When I Go To Someone's House, I'm The One That Stays In The Kitchen Because That's Where The Food Is, The Good Conversations Without A Television Blasting And You Can Have Space From The People You Don't Want To See Or Talk Too.....

All phycology aside! Look at how that is built! When it stops working somone might say take it out and get a new one! Hmmmm whats going on with that? Metal would be 100% the same! Tired of expenses not needed!

Great idea but NEVER cut towards your hand between thumb and index figure like that. Rotary cutters are uber sharp and can move forward with little to no effort. I have seen and heard many the ER or doctor room visit arising from cuts with rotary cutters.

I've used Penofin for years on my redwood deck. But now it is so old, I may have to paint it.

Thanks for that video. I was able to buy this fence for $10, but it was missing the brackets, the rail and the manual. I was able to buy the rail from a roll bar supply company ( the rail is 1.75” x 0.132 wall round tube $63),, the brackets from Vega ($70) and with these instructions I now have a great rip fence.

Leave it. I need privacy - dislike it when I’m alone in kitchen, enjoying my space and creative imagination, only to have that interrupted when someone comes down the stairs in the living room and starts talking to me. I prefer homes with slightly more complexity and a sense of discovery maybe a kitchen that is at an angle off of the living area or potentially has, a dual fireplace separating the kitchen and living room or a partition wall, etc. etc.

We were taught to unify the screws in order to pass Amy electrical inspections. I do have OCD, especially at work & home. But it has never been that serious for me at the house.
