1:15 I prefer the "Never Split the difference" from Chris Voss. He explain how "getting yes" usually is a trap and people get into a defensive position. He suggest to ask question that trigger a "no" instead, so people feel protected and in a more positive mood. Anyway, great video on BATNA, well explained. Thumbs UP for me

Great tips and love the humor. Networking events can feel dry and boring, so it’s helpful to hear tips about them that are everything but. I wanna meet a dick doctor now 🤔

Great tips, and great charisma! I agree with everything except for handing out your business cards immediately. This comes off as "confident" but also as "salesman-y". It just creates awkwardness since it makes the other person like you only care about them if they have something to offer you. But great video! Thanks for taking the time out to make it. Subbed!

Business guy your video is amazing but seriously PG-13 them please! I was going to show those videos to some of my business students but it's too uncomfortable for me :( you have great content though.
@businessguy59856 жыл бұрын
That's a great point. This one I made many years ago. The ones I'm working on now are definitely PG-13 for that very reason. The cursing is unnecessary. Thanks for watching!

I own a car customisation company and I will be going to car club meet ups and different car related meet ups. This to me is a kind of networking event. Any tips for these events? as I am looking for customers however people to work with are good also.
@businessguy59856 жыл бұрын
Just get out there and be yourself. My one major recommendation is keep it casual. If you're going to the event to "make sales" you will have a negative aura - a sales-y desperate aura. You'll see who seems interested in what you do and who doesn't. Follow up with the people who do after the event but at the event just keep it cool and light.
