Vry.Excellent lecture bt.I would like to add as a management professional there is no learning nd self renewal attitude present in the HR staff.It is very weak nd need to b inculcated.They spend very little time nd effort for professional development, self renewal, networking nd the like.Most of them may not even b using their time nd talent appropriately.I think this can b assessed through interviews nd observation of the output of each of the HR staff in brief in my opinion.Implementation of Strategies r effective only if implemented in a systematic approach.Excellent nd worth praising lecture.Appreciated the topic nd tips ma'am.Thanx for your effective point of view 👍

Great question! Skills gap analysis aims to discover what kind of skills exist and are lacking in the company. TNA aims to discover what training needs exist in the organization. In the former, a skill gap may be bridged with any learning intervention (training, coaching, on-the-job, shadowing, etc.). In the latter, we’re not concerned with other learning opportunities but just the gaps that can be bridged with training.
