I didn't realize you don't have any recent videos in this channel I hope everything is ok. I was thinking to help with wrinkles on the contact paper it might help of before you peel off the backing, stick it down with double sided tape to a flat surface sufficiently to peel off the backing without lifting possibly only need to do the corners I don't know. Then peel it off and I think that will leave a beautifully flat surface. I hope you are well.

What about finger prints on the blanks. I have purchased molds that had finger prints in them and I was not happy.

Use Legos! You can reuse Legos and make infinite sizes with them if you get enough bases plus they provide the added benefit of having the ability to key two or more sections of a mold. Just use a bit of release agent on the Legos to make removing the molds easy. You can also get sculpting clay to use in place of hot glue. It’s reusable also. The issue with everyone using cheap plastic is obviously pollution. Using these items costs more initially but is SO much cheaper and better for everyone if you do use them.

Hello, we design our acrylic pieces either in silhouette studio or procreate, convert them into SVG files then cut with our laser machine.

Hello, I don’t have a specific brand of epoxy to use but I do recommend artistry epoxy it’s the latest I been using and so far it’s a good product.

Hello, I don’t make the silicone. The silicone is purchased it comes in two part A and part B and it’s mixed in equal part.

In the video I used promarine, now I’m using kresin or artistry epoxy it all depends really I don’t have a preference but all three mentioned are good.

Thank you for watching! The reason to remove the lids and bottom off the container is so the contact paper can be used that’s paper makes sure your acrylic piece doesn’t float back to the top and it also creates a smooth mold surface.

Thank you for watching! Yes you can make a mold out of cardboard just keep in mind a few things; it won’t be a shiny piece, what ever lines and imperfections the cardboard would have will show up on the mold piece.

Hello thank you for watching, not the silicone I’m using it’s not oven safe. There is oven safe silicone out there available check the smooth on website for reference.
