I unfortunately there is no set amount since it depends on how much resin/epoxy you have mixed at the time I would start with less and add as you go.

Hello, we make our own designs and cut them on our laser machine or use items that can be molded like the combs where actual combs purchased and reproduced into a mold.

Do you mean the resin didn’t get hard in the mold? If that’s what happened a few thing could have cause that; Did not use equal parts of A & B or yes to much paint, alcohol inks or any added liquid type of ingredients can cause your resin not to harden correctly.
