I think Rings of Power is the greatest show ever made for a streaming service. And it's thanks largely to your amazing work.

Absolutely incredible, you definitely can feel the love and passion poured into this series from all the many talented creatives that worked on it. Thank you so much for sharing! The mob yearns for behind the scenes content!

Because once certain scenes of nostalgia gets into your head, literally the moment you first see it in an era affects you the most, thats why people still think Jurassic park, Lotr etc looks better, but a full back to back comparsion people would lose their mind, with the level of quality e.g. Rings of power have, now each era is amazing with the tools these studios have access too, but like you said, people are so spoiled now so they cant tell how good it has become even if it is right infront of their eyes. Especially us (like me) millenials, we have seen the progression and evolution that we are so stuck in the past of imaginations.

@@mikebrown41182 idk I think it looks a lot cartoonier than most of the practical stuff from yesteryear and has less of an impact Not everything is automatically better because it’s newer Not criticizing the artists, they put in a good effort, just the initial philosophy of avoiding doing most in camera or on location (like the original LOTR trilogy and Jurassic Park) or being strategic with the VFX placement isn’t great It all feels kind of claustrophobic to me like it was shot indoors

It’s absolutely breathtaking. I need a copy of the file for Eregion’s 3D model to play around with. I want to explore all the intricacies of the city so bad

Your work on this second season is absolutely incredible! It looks even more complex and refined than the first. The detail in Eregion is stunning, and the visual quality of the battle scenes that takes place there is impressive. Amazing job!

This large screen technology is used to make videos of the ISS satellite and make it appear as if the satellite is flying outside the earth, even though everything is just a hoax 😅😅

Now i understand why Ian McKellen felt so lonely shooting in green screen stages on LOTR. But wow! The hours spent on this

Kudos to the concept artists who created the establishing shot for each region. Just perfection.
I like the guy in the T-Shirt in the last shot :D 3:35

3:20 "well over a day per frame" I had to pause at this point, took my headphones off, made a coffee and thought about what she just said. Everything in the movie felt so real, I had no idea how much of it is VFX, same with Blade Runner. Absolute incredible what this team is able to do.

This episode was great. You guys did a fantastic job, and 6 years ago?? Wow. I wish you had more time to fine-tune the animation, but it was still very effective.

...Well past the 36 months anniversary of the No Time to Die Premiere on 30th September 2021 now... ...in June 2022 it was announced the New Bond was at least two years away by the long time producers who have guarded the franchise... ...maybe I am not actually dead, ever thought about that!...
