Here's my take on the song and MV combined: Kim Taeyeon has been bullied by people in the Industry and by so-called 'fans'. Sometimes, something those haters, bullies and trolls say will stick and become one of the voices in her head. Each of those people on the bus in the MV equates to a voice in Tae's head (some of them original to her and others are echoes of some of her bullies). The voices argue with each other but eventually they MUST get along for the whole unit to get on with her life. The voices of course pick on her; like many many artsy people, Tae is exceptionally hard on herself, a perfectionist, ALWAYS finding fault with something and reprimanding herself (which is actually how she became SO GREAT at what she does, by ALWAYS striving for perfection and constant improvement). The Bear is Tae's ability to FINALLY be able to fight back, to prove the haters wrong (and even publically shame them the way they tried to shame her). This new forceful aspect can make people listen to her and help her, rather than just make fun of her. She can stand up for herself these days, but she was not always able to do so. The bus is basically Tae's body (so the road is her lifetime). Sometimes the bus/ body breaks down (inevitably there are health problems, especially for people who suffer from anxiety and hypertension. Stress is literally a killer). Tae has to know at least some things about her own body in order to know how to handle things when she gets sick such as catching a flu or whatever. Sometimes the voices blame her for getting sick and of course she gets mad at herself for having such silly thoughts. The wheel coming off the bus is when Tae has had some truly unhinged moments, maybe some near-death experiences or at least life-changing moments. I think she had Covid once (I HOPE NOT but I could just be remembering wrong...). Things happen in life that nobody likes, such as when her dad passed away... This woman has had it rough through her life but she is still standing. She's truly one of The Greats. She got me into K-Pop in the first place and I will forever be thankful to her. <3

I was not being a part of kpop community more than a decade just to see how much SM artists and especially EXO continue to be disrespected, even underrepresented as real first global kpop stars that really paved the way to all the younger idols!😤 As for nowadays, i don't afraid of a future after all the military stuff gets ended. EXO-ls are strong, sales show it. And general public do too. Just look at korean charts RIGHT NOW😂 As winter is coming, guess what artist comes to everybody's mind when you need winter mood music in your playlist!😂 No paid promotions, no tv appearances, no new releases, just pure people's memory and love! That's what public LOVE is.

Junkyu is the most popular member of the group, so he is given more opportunities and YG highlights him more. He is the favorite member of Asian fans (main audience of the group). Jihoon is also quite highligthed a lot and is very popular.

I really enjoy the Self-On Kode style games, but they really made it too easy for themselves. It's different when you have no clue who could be on the other end, but when you spend that much time together and have what I'm sure are very idiosyncratic texting styles, I can't see it taking long to weasel out who it is. Maybe some of the Korean members would be able to impersonate others, but especially the international kids... I think they're going to be a bit easy to spot.

I wish iKON will have a special session in Killing Verse where they show their rap, I think everyone who is a casual listener of iKON will be surprised to see that actually all members have had at least 1 rap verse in their songs, especially DK getting the rapper treatment he deserves but ofc Bobby is THE MAIN RAPPER. Thanks for your reaction. How I interpret it is that each of those people represents a past version of Taeyeon or maybe different parts of her shadow. At the beginning of the MV, even though they were together, even though those versions were trying to talk to Taeyeon, she ignored them and walked away because she felt angry, bored and annoyed. She saw those versions as things that were there to mock and ridicule her. But then, after they went through the hardships together for a long day (the MV scene started from morning until night), she accepted them all. And that was when those voices/versions became calm and quiet (they were sitting with her and peacefully sleeping on the bus) and together with her, they returned home called TY (she finally came home to herself), took a picture where they all smiled happily (showing that she has learned to embrace all the parts inside of her and make peace with them). It marks the end of her self-healing process. Please check out the rest of the album too, especially Blur and Disaster
