I've been to several of your top 9 carry-outs, and I agree with those selected. I will try to check out the others. Thankfully, Bella Napoli is just down the street from my house and I go there often. The wife and I are still concerned about their new ownership, but we had carry-out Chicken Cacciatore from there last night and it was excellent. Lastly, I'd add Plaza Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant. Though technically an eat-in restaurant, we get carry-out from there often and they never disappoint.

With the recent new ownership of Bella Napoli, in my opinion, their pizzas aren't as good as in the past.

Beautiful drone footage of OCMD. I used to go there regularly when I was younger, and I always had a good time. I'm older now I but I got a chance to visit a few years ago, I also fly drones and I was able to get some nice footage as well. Great video, I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing.

Very beautiful video! I’ve been vacationing in OCMD for over 15 yrs. Absolutely my favorite vacation spot! Would love to have a place one day very very close to OCMD. I’m glad the music was on the low side so that you could hear the waves hitting the beach and the seagulls, I think If the music was any louder it would take away from the video. Very well done! Made me miss OCMD! Even though I will be down a for days during Thanksgiving week.

I live in a condo. I received Homestead Credit for my city only with no county credit. My neighbor has the exact same unit type that is accessed the exact amount as my unit. He got both city and county Homestead Credit. Why would he get it and I don't. Both of us are single owners.

I missed the May deadline, and applied a few days ago. So the credit was not applied in the Tax statement I got for 2023. Is there any way to get a refund after the application is approved.

People need to be careful taking advice on buying from real estate agents. When housing markets turn the two groups to react last are agents and sellers. Buyers need to be smart about buying right now and need to be real about where this market is going. If you are going to overpay and buy with higher rates you are taking a huge risk. It's not as simple as "I'll stomach a this higher payment now and just refi when rates drop." If rates drop to a point that justifies a refi and you are underwater...well you might be stuck or you will need to come up with more cash to qualify. Every available metric indicates housing prices will fall off a fairly large cliff, in all areas. If you aren't smart with your offers then you will be underwater almost immediately and if you pull the trigger on the first price drop thinking you are getting a deal then you could be catching a falling knife. Many agents have conflicts of interest when giving advice on when to buy and what condition the market is in. It's their livelihood. They benefit greatly from hot markets. This is a good video, but it isn't giving you all of the information. It is designed to get you to buy now and to call this agent to buy. Please be careful and think about your offers and remove the FOMO.
