I recently had the same feeling that I could have ADHD. But one of my friend who is a psychologist did state that A lot of our everyday habit (could) intersect with different mental disorder because we all have different way of doing things. Medication is prescribed if your diagnosed ADHD heavily interrupts your life but it totally depends on you if you want to take it or not. Please see a professional to confirm. 😊 Breathing really helps before sleep and walks are great too after you eat.

I think it’s to do with your thyroid.. i have the same issue… Yoga has been a great help. Energises my body and calms my mind from the obsessive thoughts.

Hi Supriya, here are things that helps/helped me for ADHD -No digital exposure 3 hrs before bed -Reading boring book (I tried reading fiction but ended up with moreeeee thouughts) -cold showers in the morning/ warm during the night Hope this helps

girl, ADHD apparently can also be induced because of social media, phones and just the environment nowadays. i relate to everything to what ADHD says but I haven’t gotten diagnosis. The symptoms were a lot and very apparent some years ago but I’ve worked on myself holistically. so, its so much better now and I dont have a lot of symptoms of ADHD.
