haha no, it's rented. My Brother bought a similar rented house in Kathmandu and you can renovate it with their permission.

@@prashamikmommy many new houses are build to be rented. The business is growing, especially in KTM. And it’s easier and cheaper to get a a rented house than buying a house. I think it’s perfect for a couple to have a privacy! 😍
