The AEA Megalodon can be moded to shoot in semi-auto, just putting some blow back tubes on the muzzle, and attaching them to the reloading system and adding a spring at the back of bolt, it would be perfect

I just picked up some .457 175 grain lead balls off Amazon… I saw this and had to see how mine shoots.

I have a Bin Tac M50 .50 cal, along with a AEA Element Max (also from Bin Tac) who doesn’t have parts even though he has promised me over several months to send me the parts I need for free despite Imy offering to pay… So why the Fraq would I ever spend more money on the Megladon or ANY other Bin Tac/AEA models when they do not support the models I already invested in?

Just got mine in, it’s a bad ass rig! It seems as powerful as my 9 Mike Mike! The only gripe is that rear tank/ stock is cold as a witches tit in the winter! I gotta wrap that thing so I don’t get frost bite!

I have a megalodon 510. It was working beautifully for over 50 shots or so, but now......even after a 4500psi fill, it shoots very weak until it gets down to 4000 psi, and then it becomes super powerful again. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? Some people say that it is a valve or pressure lock, but my gun never did this before. Also, the gun is rated to 4500psi, so why would it shoot so weak at 4500 psi? Thanks.

im thinking about buying one in .22 and shoot strictly slugs, say 25grs to maybe 34gr..but im also thinking about the .25 with the heavier slugs..was this model the .22 and the v1 version of the gk1? what caused the blow out?

Question: what did you have the power screw set at ( how many turns open)? I was warned not to shoot projectiles heavier than 36gr are it would cause a rebuild fairly soon.

15000 rounds is insane. I think you might have the GK1 with the highest shotcount. Has anything interesting happend with it like malfunctions and how often did you clean it?

I got the same problem ! I was testing 40 grains Altaros slugs and that exact same thing happened, I had to close the valve of the air tank I was connected to and unplug the fill probe, the air tank of the GK1 bleed out completely and the safety was locked on OFF, it was physical impossible to switch After reflexion I had the idea of gently pushing a flexible cleaning rod through the barrel and push and lock the safety ON, after that it was possible to fill the tank and it worked fine again With ammo under 34 grains no problems at all, but those 40 grains slugs seems to push the air pressure a little bit behind and keep the valve open after some shots, I hope Huben can fix this issue

Not sure why it broke, just normal wear? I have something like 15,000 rounds through it but it could just be shitty luck😢

Get you the 3d printed kit that allows you to add a stock , scope mount and bipod and you'll be ringing that steel every time at range

I laughed with a state trooper at a gun range once. I had an air rifle that I hoped to use for squirrels. We absolutely, belly laughed together after he tried it. It's so heavy, and it's basically like having a muzzle loader...but for squirrels. I swear he almost looked like he wanted to say, "Damn, you really don't like squirrels." Listen. Listen. You could this thing for anything, really. Honestly, you probably could have won a war with it in the 1700's-not even trying to be cynical.
