What a breath taking lyrics beautiful country, this is what we're fighting for, how dare our government try to give it away to the highest bidder

i played, like ronnie, to a high standard, mine was football, i played great, did well, not quite pro, but my father was there for every match, when he was not there, on a rare occasion, i coud not play for toffee. i remember playing youth cup final, my father had to work, i had a nightmare game, we were 3.0 down half time, my father turned up for the second half, the manager told my father, thank god your here, sean having bad game, as soon as i saw my father, my game raised, heard him shouting, my game went to next level, we won 4.3,

Beautiful to hear native speakers. The absence of an English accent is very noticeable compared to what we hear most of the time.

Ronnie O’Sullivan is the greatest snooker player ever when he wants to win there’s no player on planet earth going to stop him winning he’s going to win the world championships this year there’s nobody going to stop him it’s a waste of time any other snooker player turning up because all the other snooker players are playing for one thing only and that’s runner up because Ronnie O’Sullivan is already the bookies clear favourite

So Ronnie’s father and mother went to prison…and Ronnie still respects them. I’ve done nothing wrong in my life but love my child..he’s 27 now and is disrespectful! Work that one out

Ronnie O'Sullivan the GOAT had to take some time to consider whether to represent Ireland or England due to his Irish heritage. Dennis Taylor and Ronnie on the Doubles, there's a thought😅

Proud to say I have the Ui O'Neil blood in my veins. Anytime there was an invasion, the South may crumble, but the O'Neil clans of Ulster (Donegal and Tyrone) always put up the best fight whether it was against Viking or Norman or against England. Cromwell's New Army's only defeat and massacre was against Hugh ''Dubh'' O'Neil a Spanish born Ulsterman.

Ronnie is the reason I watch snooker, the greatest because he’s a combination of Higgins, white and Hendry

This reminds me of time I spent in Connemara over 35 years ago, exactly around these places. The music, the language, the images, they all bring it back so vividly. I haven’t been back but I think about it often and keep wondering when if ever I will go again. When I was young, like a lot of people I guess, I thought the Gaeltacht was such a bore, but now I am older and I just want some peace and quiet. I wish I could be in a place where it’s okay to just be a human being, where I am not constantly assaulted by noise and worried about crime and practically everybody is a stranger. This is a real song about real people and about a real place, not some imaginary celebrity universe. People in the comments know these places and are related to the people mentioned. It’s just not everyday that that happens. This is by far my favorite of John Beag’s songs.

The best part was the interviewer asking if it’s ok to talk about the “ testing times “ of his life . Most people love to rip people apart with stinging words during these interviews for those 15 min fame !!! Love the interview, interviewer and Ronnie the “GOAT”!!!

The greatest snooker player ever imo. Efren Reyes is the Goat at One Pocket and pocket billiards. Cuelemans 3 cushion. It's sad about his dad, you can tell he loves him , but he was toxic to him. Nice interview, no reason he won't still be winning championships past 50, he still plays awesome. and looks in great shape

Forget the snooker and all that, what a wonderful person he is. Imagine sitting down with this guy over a pint or two. And let's not forget the job that Ryan did just letting Ronnie go on talking. Thank you from NZ!
