I think they might try to finish it now. Because NY is trying to get more skyscrapers. But it’s hard to find a lot to do it, this building already has a strong foundation and a base. Just finish the building and NY has a new skyscraper and for cheaper.

Manhattan like Toronto or Dubai is spoiled for choice when it comes to the sheer volume of projects being pitched much less built! Still love that Grand Central Tower and would still love to see it built somewhere in NYC!
