MPC might not be better than ILM but at least the animators still never forget about the good details and I think the transformations are still good

I'm going to see it now since nobody wants to say it. one of the major reasons why this Lion King remake look so good visually is because of the background, unlike other movies which backgrounds are very very so unrealistic. background have a lot to do when it comes to vfx cgi characters

This is not like usual the MPC standards. MPC CGI has never been the same after Lion King. Not sure what went wrong but I've heard from compositors like the lighting renders come out with lot of problems and most of their time goes into fixing those problems rather than making it photoreal.

I worked on postvis for some of the falling building shots and the one with water rushing inside the cube, and I prevised the shot of the cube sinking into the water. The final VFX teams did such great work bringing them to life!!
