Why should the husband fulfill his responsibilities to maintain the wife, if wife has no responsibility towards the husband??? Justice for Atul Subhash will only be fulfilled if there are clear law (not just vague guidelines) changes as follows: 1. Interim-maintenance and maintenance should be completely stopped. 2. A one-time (gender-neutral) alimony can be granted only after any of the allegations are proven. 3. 50% Child's expenses as child support should only be granted only if the husband gets 50% time to spend with the child.
