Is it possible to add vector mapping to the tiny eye bsdf node without any baking?
@tinynocky3 күн бұрын
If you meant adding a vector map to an image texture that goes into the colour socket of the Iris, then yes you can
@Confectionery3 күн бұрын
@@tinynocky That isn't what I meant. For my use case, I would like to put the texture of the eye at 3:40 on a 2d plane without baking and have the vector of the eye texture follow a bone for example

@@Confectionery in that case, probably not. I don't have a solution for this

One thing to think about when considering faces is how the muscles and fat move when you make facial expressions. One exercise to do is sculpt your own face with different expressions, much like how an artist will practice by doing self-portraits, and see how your muscles move when you make different expressions. For example, the fat around the cheeks will puff out, and even push the lower eyelids up and over the eyes, obscuring part of it, when you smile. Ever heard of a smile that looks souless? That is when someone smiles without using their eyes, it looks fake and robotic; this is what was happening in your own sculpts of Monica. Another thing to consider is male and female sexual diamorphism. Men will have a prominent ridge above their eyebrows, making it stick out almost like a shelf, while women do not. Women's brow ridges are smooth and closer to the eyesocket. I noticed you were making female faces with an prominent male eyebrow ridge which is why you couldn't make them look feminine.

Hello i've seen many of your videos there are amazing i just wanna ask because im a student whose making thesis defense due on july 1 im a blender user BTW.........the question is how many months to make a 15 min 3d animation in blender ?
@tinynocky15 күн бұрын
hey! this genuinely depends on the complexity of the animation TLDR I can’t give you a straight answer. - How long will it take to render? 15 mins = 900 seconds. 24fps x 900 = 21600 frames If each frame takes a minute to render, 21600 minutes = 360 hours 360 hours = 15 days 1 minute a frame is being gracious, and also there are render farms to mitigate for the render time. There are workarounds such as compositing stationary objects in post as oppose to rendering a whole master shot, or animating in twos. - Are we using pre-made assets? If not, how long will it take to create every single original assets. Don’t quote me on this, but judging by the production logs of Blender’s 10m30s open movie, Sprite Fright, production alone seems to have taken a little over a year to complete. Pretty sure all assets were made in house as well. Keep in mind, this doesn’t account for pre-production. - How many people are involved in the project? Obviously, the bigger the team, the less the workload You can see the size of the team behind Sprite Fright: studio.blender.org/films/sprite-fright/pages/credits/ I suggest you look up the production timeline of animated short films that's in the length you're looking for

@@tinynocky I see although we already have assets and characters that is already rigged all we need to do is an 15 minute animation production we are 4 members but the 2 will have to do the animation day until night ...........anyways thank you for response and have a wonderful day
