@@jeisolutions I bought a mini beast 110v , and the off switch actually feels like its mechanically connected to the drill bit , like a grinding gear box on a car sort of feeling , I thought the switch would be electric ,, quite surprised .But I really like the machine overall.

@@jeisolutions yep thats what I thought , its a switch , but it really does feel like its grinding on gear teeth , its the strangest feeling from a push switch

How thin can the steel be ,,, is it an alternative to buying a dedicated '' thin '' mag drill , ie 3mm or even 2mm and a 16mm hole ?

Hi Tom, the MiniBeast Ultra minimum workpiece thickness is 5 mm. The MiniBeast Thin minimum workpiece thickness is 3 mm. Both machines have a cutting capacity of 10 mm - 35 mm. Please feel free to contact us if you need any information.

Yes, all our bevellers will work on stainless steel, they just require different tooling.
