Best video I found on this. For the back seat, you gotta line up a flat head in line with the long axis of the seat - fit between the top felt segment and bottom of the seat foam. Make sure the tip of your flat head is reacting against the metal stringer and it should pop out with like 5 pounds of force. Thanks!

By the way, my wife was wondering why I turned the music off. I didn't do any of that. I just pulled the plastic back cover out and put the new mirror in.

Hi guys sorry for this long message but i really need some help! I have a 2011 Nissan Maxima. Lately it has been jumping sometimes when stepping on the gas and having acceleration issues. The RPM is under 1 and it keeps making a jumping engine noise that sounds like vrmmm, vrmmm, vrmm, vrmm. Autozone used the diagnostics tool and said it was the mass air flow sensor. I bought a new one, mechanic installed it today and it's still having the same problem. When i turn the ceiling lights on they blink in unison with the vrmmm, vrmmm sound. My mechanic used his diagnostics tool and said the mass air flow sensor still came up even though he replaced it. He said another code came up "Bank 1 P-0101" this one. He watched a youtube video and said the gas is too rich? Whatever that means. He told me it needs to be taken to a shop to be put on a lift. He said he thinks the issue is behind the engine air intake hose. Anyone familiar with this problem and can give a resolution? I would truly appreciate it. I just spent $640 on a new alternator and a wire kit, then a week later $240 to fix some antifreeze leaking under the hood, then 2 days later this happens smh. This car is really getting on my nerves. Also if amyone can tell me by driving it with this current issue, can i make it any worse? Like will i cause further damage to my car? Should i just get this fixed right away and try not driving it?

I have 2014 maxima, and I have white smoke coming out of the exhaust whenever I accelerate after being on idle. Could the PCV valve be the issue ?

That is not the drain tube, that is the level tube. fill it up and when the oil starts to overflow out of the level tube you have put the correct amount of oil in. Hence no dip stick.

@user-et3sv7gn8f8 ай бұрын
Easier to take drivers side tire off and plastic wheel well lining and you can see the transmission filter that's on side of transmission and the dipstick tube which can be taken off with one small bolt to access filling. Also u should drop the transmission pan cause there is a filter in there too. I do this on my 2016 versa note.

Nice and clean J. Just one thing to all. WHEN CHANGING OIL OR TRANSMISSION FLUID, MAKE IT COUNT. ENGINE 2 BG EPR AND LET IT RUN FOR 5-6 HRS. THEN CHANGE. WITH YA NEW OIL ADD BG MOA, ADVANCE OR EXTENDED. TRANSMISSION DON'T GO DRAINING IT YET. BUY 2 BG TRANSMISSION QUICK CLEAN. 3 HRS SHIFTING FOR THOSE 3 HRS. WITH YA NEW TRANSMISSION FLUID ADD BG CVT CONDITIONER. JAVIER, U THINK THATS SMOOTH SHIFTING? WAIT TIL U FILL THAT BG CVT CONDITIONER N THERE. FOR THE homey from NY, those Bg cvt conditioner will definitely help you. Was out n Five Town when I did that 3 hrs Transmission clean. 12,000 miles since then. Look like it just came out the Nissan bottle.

This video is GOATed. Thanks Javier! I recommend changing CVT fluid every 30,000 miles, if you live in a stop and go city, like me (NYC). Don't be like me. I waited 60k, and I'm still experiencing noise and grinding on cold starts, but once it's warm, it feels and sounds way better! 👍🏼

What is the trim of this car? I live in New Jersey. I bought a used 2018 Corolla LE in March 2021 (2 and a half years ago). When I bought the car, the bolts for securing the battery are rusty, and the bolts for securing the front seats are rusty too. But your bolts are clean. I don't know why. Your have the round dials for controlling air conditioning, mine are flat buttons. This summer, my car smells moldy, maybe my car was flooded before I bought it, and it took mold in my carpet 2 years to multiply to a point that the smell is now noticeable, I guess.
