I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT CAUSES THE JET STREAM TO SHIFT AROUND. IS IT PRESSURE DIFFERENCES THAT POSITION IT OR ARE THOSE DIFFERENCES CAUSED BY THE JET STREAM MOVING POSITION ? A CHICKEN AND EGG SITUATION. (oops, left caps lock on, but I'll leave it)

Thank you for this! I chase tornados in the US for a hobby and have been trying to get a better understanding of how and why low pressure systems form and strengthen. This video is very helpful in understanding the basic structures that influence all of this!

Anvil crawlers are the coolest looking for sure. They’re easy to catch on camera too cause they tend to be in the same spot within the storm moving in the same direction along with it. I’ve also noticed they happen within minutes after a negative ground to cloud strike because the charges need to be dispersed in the clouds.

Why do we sometimes see the rainbow overlap geographic features. I would of thought it stops on the horizon?
