I am ten years late to this party, but ks is the first vn that I can finished any route of. I actually tried to go for Lilly off the bat, but accidentallied myself into Emi's route first. Finished Lilly this week, but now I'm not sure if I have the heart to 100% it. Especially not the bad endings. I don't want to see any of them suffer. Playing through Lilly's route after Emi's has had me extremely conflicted since I felt bad regarding what Emi would be going through at the same time. And then I felt bad for what Lilly must have gone through during Emi's route. Even between just the two, I can't decide which I would prefer to be real. In one, Hisao arguably ends up physically healthier and more active, whereas he seems to have a better outlook and more stable partner in the other. (though I'd say that his choice of further education was worse in that route)

Im someone with a disability that has my confidence a bit south side of good (colostomy bag) , and this game, and the love it invoked from me, it hit me ever so profoundly. I’m not a god fearing man, but taking note at her necklace I will say this: God Bless our beloved Lilly 🙏🏻💛

well, on my first ever playthrough i played as if i were at the mc's spot, and in the end i got good ending with Lily. That date at restaurant and that bg music that fits so well into atmosphere is the one of the major moments i have remembered not only at her routes, but in the whole game overall. I just love how calm it were. After i got good endings with everyone else, Lily is the second for me, and Rin is first, but if i had to choose between all of these girls, i would definetly pick Lily since she's so reliable, kind and careful person, i just can't disrespect her, probably the type of girlfriend i would want the most, though somehow Rin is still superior XD idk how that works. welp, i had playing fun this game, but i don't know if i will ever replay it. I think it's better not to get attached to any unreal woman, 'cause it's weird. I just now look on disabled people as a normal people too, even more i got to feel that when i read manga Real from Takehiko Inoue. That's the point i got from this game. While being of really high quality, especially for a free product, the music in this game has sort of an endearing and memorable simplicity to it. I don't get hit with this much nostalgia from other VN soundtracks.

This game means more then words can describe just like Evangelion 2 things id never forget no matter what even thought this game is out there and not known by all it forever has a spot in my heart!!💜

I dunno how to explain or express this but this ost give me a feeling so deep, a mix between joy, serenity, and sadness it's so beautiful, one of my fav track of this masterpiece called katawa shoujo

This game... I have so much to say, but I'll keep it short. I was a massive fan of it when it came out. I was a teenager then. In 2020 I suffered a widow maker heart attack, my gf cheated on me in recovery. That's when I discovered I have bipolar/borderline on top of everything. I lost... myself. I lost everything. With the heart stuff I remembered our protagonist. This media has helped me a lot through my recovery. It made me realize, just because I'm in heart failure and there's setbacks and limitations I can still find love in the most unlikely of places. I'm still searching. But this game I owe a great deal towards. Thank you four leaf.

Indeed, i dont speak english very well, and my love for this game, do me to remarck???, Well, extract every single word that i dont understand until end every route, and when i recogniced???, Well, when i understand every single word, i play again the game, with a messure pleasure that nonone can take hold of it.

You know this was the very first visual novel I was introduced to and it's the best one I've ever experienced. Nothing tops this masterpiece made by some dudes on 4chan. I replay through all of it every now and then because it's just so good, Lilly is my favorite.

i first watched a playthrough of this game back in 2014. im now 20 and i played it for the first time a few weeks ago, it honestly put my life back on track. made me realize i was obsessing over my ex and i became an unmotivated and complacent mess. the play-through i watched did Lilly's route so she was always my favorite but Emi's and Hanako's story were the ones that gave me motivation again, and helped me stop obsessing over my ex.

Not only Lilly. This game has great music.
