Incorrect. Decoy is the original name, Ohtani named him dekopin as a Japanese name afterward. Decoy dog is actually a wrong translation of koikerhondje, koiker actually is a fense in Dutch, not decoy. あなた、言ってることがアベコベ。

Remember during free agency the blue jays were trying to sign him and a story leaked that the name of the dog couldn't be released because the rumor was that the dogs name would give away where he wanted to go. Turns out that name was decoy and jays fans thats exactly what we were lol a decoy so he could raise the price for the dodgers

I may be incorrect on this, but aren’t the actual speed changes in difficulty different for online competitive play? That could be why the HOF vs All-star was basically the same. HOF online is actually probably closer to Legend offline. Again, I could be mistaken, but I thought that has always been the understanding from the community. Also, doing your math as well, the fastest pitch in the game would actually be Satchel Paige’s 105 mph FB which would be like 87.4 mph which is still almost 20% slower than real life.
