Honestly, I think you’ll want to get an XL Jesus piece to go with a 5.5mm. I wouldn’t go over 4mm with the large Jesus piece. Large size piece looks best with 3mm to 4mm. Thanks for watching.

2.5mm a decent size, about the thickness of 3 credit cards stacked. It’s a decent size for low key everyday wear. 18k is great and gives it good weight and value.

But, it doesn’t always have a darker gold color than 14k gold. 18k is about 75% gold, so it all depends on how the manufacturer blends the 75% gold with the other 25% other metal. It can produce a lighter or darker color depending on how it’s manufactured. If you have any doubts about the purity, you can always do an acid test on it, that will cost only about $15 or less to get a kit. It’s not a scam if I was willing to pay the price. I’m not complaining. I could have bought an ounce and a half of gold bullion instead, but it wouldn’t be a diamond Jesus piece design. This is a luxury, not an investment piece. You have to pay the people who cast, sand, polish it and set the stones. Someone was paid to CAD design the piece too. 3k covers the jobs of the many hands it went through. Have a more positive outlook. It’s actually a reasonable price.

Bayam jewelry Pendant quality is Trash, you can’t compare the two. Those 4-5 inch pendants are hollow, 10k and mass produced. I’m from NY

Color is a LOT hard to tell, maybe the same exact piece someone could tell the weight difference, but jewelry, in general is pretty light. Most can’t feel a matter of a few grams difference in their hand. And, it’s highly unlikely they’d have the same exact two pieces to even compare them in the first place. If someone is buying gold as an investment, they should just buy gold bullion and stay away from jewelry altogether. A 24k piece of jewelry was not made for free so it has to be marked up to cover the cost of labor. Those looking for the best return on investment should not be buying gold jewelry anyway. For investments, buy bullion instead. I like to wear jewelry and don’t buy stuff to turn around and sell it. So, I buy what I like. Thanks for watching.
