Hello~ May I know if I can put some milk in the cookies dough when it turn dry while piping?

I have a question to ask ya. My butter and matcha cookies turn out to be crispy and crumble upon pinching which is good. However, my choco cookies turn out to be abit hard and it doesn't have the same texture as the butter and matcha. Fyi, I reduce the cake flour to 49g and increase the cocoa powder to 15g. I've also added some milk as the cocoa powder absorbs alot of moisture. Do you know what's wrong with my choco cookies ya?

Hi~ For this recipe, after piping the cookies, chill them in the fridge for 15 minutes to set. During this time, you can preheat the oven to 150°C (top and bottom heat). Then bake the cookies for about 26 minutes.^^
