請問沒有上白糖跟三溫糖可以都用白砂糖代替嗎 謝謝

可以的~會用三溫糖跟上白糖是因為糖本身的特質關係,三溫糖的焦香用來製作甜點能夠增加風味層次,上白糖比較清甜不膩,沒有的話用一般的白砂糖也是沒問題的,但可能會稍微甜 一點點

棉花糖品牌我是覺得還好,但建議要用比較新鮮的棉花糖,不新鮮的棉花糖在煮的時候會比較不容易化,並且煮越久成品口感也會越硬,新鮮的棉花糖切開會有點濕潤黏黏的,這是品質較好的棉花糖唷,影面內也有解說唷

請問沒加糖的話 除了口味 在成形或口感的方面上會有什麼影響嗎??

可以放在防潮盒裡保存一周都沒問題喔,若是袋裝就要放乾燥劑或脫氧劑
