OMG I just refresh my feed bcs exactly that reason like, why are people like this. Thank you so much for this. I have had a very emotional couple of days, looking around and realizing again that I am single and alone. I know that God is with me, I know it. I just still yearn for that human connection as we all do. I really just don’t want to feel upset, sad, and concerned about being alone. I’m concerned it is going to start damaging my mental health soon, as I already have other things going on up there. Aside from that, I’ve gained a better understanding as to why I am alone and in an isolated season. I just want to be happy about it. I know that I will get there. Through God, I will ❤️

One time I saw a video that said “If you scroll know that the devil has won in your life” Like I would never let the devil win I will always let Jesus win. And I saw another one that said “You only have 2 hours left if you skip!” And rarely anybody in the comments in these videos speaks out about this scam and stands up against it. Most of the comments are Just people that fall for this trap and do whatever the video tells them to do. And I click on the videos just to stand up against it. I was fortunate to grow up in the church under my grandparents care , so I learned OT things in Sunday School and the 10C in kindergarten class there, and heard seversl Sermons on tv in am before Church on Sunday (Like Adrian Rogers), so by the time I was 20 and decided to read the Bible cover to cover in a short time, which was hard to retain. But prior I had come to Christ as a young teen and had obv heard and understood of Jesus, so when I read OT first in my 20s I saw Jesus everywhere. So I do recommend Gen 1-11 then John and the Gospels first, as first time readers. It took me a long time for what's in the Bible to make sense, then theology, and then seeing God clearer and clearer as to who he is. And thats all key. It takes time. I agree your reading list sounds good.

it's kinda in between.. I have had depression, but therapy didn't work for me and I believe only Jesus can really save you. I don't think everything is because of demon possession or oppression, but I don't think that everything is just a mental health issue, because for me demonic oppression has caused depression and suicidal thoughts.
