Next time you have those sticky floor stuff you need to remove get dry ice and put it all over it and it will start cracking and it will become very hard and you can pop large sections up with little to no effort. 😊 I just wanted to pass some knowledge on. God bless

Did you know that the 99 Vitara has a steel front diff that is a direct fit for the aluminum one? Lots of great info here. These cars are among my favorites! Also Suzuki Samurai. I have 2 now and 2 more on the way. Along with the diesel engine, transmission, and wiring harness and ECU out of the long wheel based Samurai used in the movie Jumanji 2. So a conversion to diesel is on the list. Not sure If I'll use them in a Samurai or a Tracker yet though. Never seen a diesel Tracker yet,,, soooooo,,,,, LOL I also have a set of solid Toyota axles to put under it along with some Jeep YJ leaf springs. I've done it before and know all the tricks as I've done it with my other 2 Samurai in the past. Such a GREAT hobby!!!! Respect to you girl!!!!!! Love the path you're on. You must love it also. Keep it up,,, we need more gals like you in this deteriorating world.

I just got my corolla shocks in today. I had ordered them before seeing this video, but i had 2nd guessed myself so many times because of all the options with different weighted vehicles. I went with KYB 343149 because others had said that altered ego includes these shocks with their lift kits.

Ended up returning them and going with some toyota tacoma bilsteins from a ‘23 TRD offroad tacoma. So far theyre awesome, I did have to drill out the upper shock tower slightly to fit the bilstein bushing cap and used 6mm of washers on the bottom mount because the base was skinnier than the trackers mount, but the bolt fits perfect.

Ye same! Mine idles for 6 hours and rarely goes over 40 km/h. Kinda the rule f thumb, check fire, then air - throttle control valve. Fuel pressure requires more equipment and time, so leave it for later. I just haven’t changed the plugs yet until I fix my blow-by, that is change the valve over gasket and the O-ring seals first the plugs. I get condensation down the plug sleeve chambers. After that, I will change the plugs, and then see what else needs to be down.

History correction: the pass was built in 1953 by Cominco to facilitate the power line construction that fed the Sullivan Mine from the South Slocan generation station. It really had nothing to do with Riondel or the Blue Bell mine, which it had its own lake crossing power line. The newer logging road was connected over the top of Baker Cr x Grey CR in 1989

Thanks for the comment. West Kootenay Power & Light built a transmission line from the South Slocan plant, across Kootenay Lake to Sullivan Mine in 1951, which then they were able to run a line to Riondel. Before that, there was no electricity on the East Shore of Kootenay Lake, Blue Bell mine relied on generators.
