Did you check if the version is 64-bit?

Yes, the free version comes with limited features. For full access to model information manipulation capabilities, you'll need Navisworks Manage.

What version of Revit are you using?

Ensure both Office 365 and Revit are 64bit.

Follow the video, I'm sure you should be able to create it as the logic is pretty clear.
