I dunno, ranking by savings feels weird, you say yourself that some shops inflate the prices thus a bigger saving, kind of feels wrong to day they "value" for money because the saving "looks" big. Surely the actual price and quality would of made more sense instead of quality and savings. Amazon would likely kept rank 1 sure but the others would change. The fact WHS is £5.50, getting close to double some other prices but it ranks high defeats the idea of a "deal" (unless you got some extra cash to blow regularly)
