CI build sucked, IMO. I have 5,000 EHP on my monk with 75% to all res and I can actually heal during a fight. With CI you basically forfeit your ability to use a health pot. You can check my page if you want to see my build. I’m pushing 1.2M DPS right now.

but I use eternal youth which lets you recover your energy shield with health pots instead of life

You seem new so I'll let you know. Neversinks filter omits them from being seen in the end game. Not everyone uses neversinks filter.

@@AdrianDWolfe nope triple res boots,amulet and belt , pillar of the cage god triple socket, morior that’s 4 socket hand of wisdom with 2socket and last unique the three dragons and landed another 2 sockets in that didn’t even need much res on rings so I found some breach rings with chaos res all cap out so yes my friend learn to play the game plenty of ways to get your res up buddy

I appreciate it. I just hit such a wall I felt I had to rework some things. I did enjoy coming up with my own build, but just wasn’t worth not progressing. I plan to play more characters in the futures and trying my hand at coming up with builds again

@canopyjunkie I do yes. But I don't play endgame or follow a build guide and I'm ssf. So I'm not good enough 2 not use flask

@Michael-o6d3y I'm using "sort of" a standard falling thunder invoker build.. but a lot of areas are tweeked to meet my needs. I don't have time to grind to really go too hard into the endgame guides, so, my dps suffers a little for things like tank and mana sustain QOL

Not necessarily true. As a deadeye ranger I currently got 1500 life and 100 ES. Beating T16 easily, evasion rating stacked to the moon and key passive for evading everything - speed farming T16

@@docemmit1even if you have 1000% evasion it doesnt matter. Evasion is not full proof. Every hit you evade it will chip away your evasion until you get hit. Thats how it works. Its not just about chance to get hit. So every 10 attacks evaded or so you will always get hit once, and that once is enough to put on the ground most of the time with that hp pool.

@@adamoslaw11 yes. Thats how evasion works in poe. The evasion will diminish every consecutive evaded attacks until you get hit and it will be 100% again. So evasion is not full proof. Slams also 100% will hit you and theres no way to mitigate damage and you will die instantly just like this video. Evasion must always be paired with spell suppress and or spell dodge and even then you will most likely get one shotted still.

I have around 3.6k shield but still doesn’t seem enough. Idk how I can get more without sacrificing my resistances

Please tell me how to get 5k ES im doing all i can and have 2,5k , also i have 5 support gems and 60k dps ,,89 lvl

@@mafju2 grim feast is useful for boosting your ES

@mafju2 if you went invoker you can get meditate in your acendancy line. If you don't want that you can use grim feast passive skill to double your ES. Grim Feast makes monsters drop white smoke that you pick up and it gives you a little energy shield but can double to ES too. Your helm and chest will have the most ES on them. Look for maximum ES and flat ES on them to help. There are a ton of nodes in your passive tree to help get more too. Use the search bar and type in energy shield
