Time can be rewritten. The details change, but the story stays the same. Like how every time DC reboots their universe, the characters always experience the same events in the new timeline, but in a more recent time period. So if the past gets changed by someone like the Grand Serpent, or Mawdryn, or the Daleks, UNIT's timeline gets shifted a little bit into the future, but the major events such as the Brigadier retiring and the Cyberman invasion stay the same.

The easiest way to make the Timeless Child work is to make Susan the Timeless Child. The Doctor can still be a Division agent, maybe one that does bad things, but then have them discover regeneration is based on the child. You can then have the Doctor responsible for freeing Susan but part of the escape plan is him being reborn, with no memories, into Hartnell and eventually Susan and the Doctor escape from Gallifrey.

While it's a super cool reward, i was definitely hoping for something more like a Fallout Who Regenerated thing where you get a tardis of your own afterwards to use as a homebase that can fast travel between points. Or if nothing else, a Sonic Screwdriver that you could've picked the skin of. Would've been super helpful with all the locked doors and terminals. I just never see myself actually using this weapon. Props to the team though.

I posted a comment already but deleted it cause I wanted to rewrite it. Do you think that the Beast from the Impossible Planet and Sutekh are the same being? I originally thought that the Beast might just be another body that Sutekh had created but when it was trapped, he settled on the masked visage that we know but I don't actually know now. They both claim to be the inspiration for "Ultimate Evil" deities throughout the Universe, and they both were trapped by a race of incredibly advanced aliens in inescapable prisons. They also both tried to escape their prisons using their psychic powers to possess people. I first thought about this when I watched dwfan's video about Sutekh's story in the show. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it cause I think it'd be a really cool little tie-in to something that we know is essentially Satan but is never given an actual explanation. I think it'd be way more interesting as well if the Beast form of Sutekh wasn't actually trapped by the Ossirians but by some other unknown alien race

I would like that they did guest for the tardis, and make it usable in the london. They could make it also teleporter to another city or part of Britain(there is nuka world and far harbor available for that)

my headcanon is dark water-via diodati not the same cybermen as nightmare in silver as diverent powersets and lack of cybermites and by association their use of cyberfactories means the ones used are prototypes and nightmare in silver cybermen come after the cyberwarriors [cyberwarriors incredibly bulky in comparison also kinda backed up by flux using those cybermen and being set in present day] but before the 8th doctor "the flood" cybermen

Wow very interesting the history of the cyber mondans are extremely interesting, I am also wondering when we will see the next Gallifrey history episode and I have been wondering if I will cover parts of the war in heaven?

Rewatching the history of Gallifrey series and is probably one of my favourite law series on doctor who will we see more episodes on these in the future and will we at all touch upon the war in heaven?

17:52 wait the toy maker killed god! Did I miss that line? Also, am I correct in assuming that the reason the faction paradox books and audios don’t have to change? Sutekh’s name is because he’s a mythological and a solidly public domain character? I’ve been led to believe that virtually everything else from Doctor Who that appears in fact paradox gets some alternative name to avoid legal issues. Also, do you think they would ever try to create an audio story but attempts to somehow reconcile all the desperate takes on Sutekh post the pyramids of Mars. Seems like a very Doctor Who expanded universe thing to do lol.

Another fantastic video ^^ I wonder if it's possible to piece each of the accounts together into a single timeline considering the non-linear nature of almost all of his returns 🤔 He did spend gosh knows how long outside of time and space as pure consciousness and even told the 4th Doctor in 'Kill the Doctor ' he'd come from his future after all 🤔🤔 Really enjoyed this, I love how you go the whole way in your research for these videos ^^
