As a CPA who has filed countless BOIRs I can tell you it is obvious the government created it 😂 There are so many gray areas you don’t know what to do. When you do figure it out the application is so simple it is tedious and obnoxious to do for EVERY BUSINESS. I personally have 5 LLCs that required it. While I understand and do support WHY it was made, but it is obvious they could have done a MUCH better job.
