Will the CRF450x plastic's work on this bike?

Same with me when i bought my trailmaster tm38e. Finally figured out what bike it is modeled after (2009 ktm 350) at first i called the dealership i bought it from and they had no clue on who makes it because when you look up who make trailmaster it just shows you dealerships who sells them not who makes them. My bike is so new that you cant even find replacement parts.

what are the dimensions of the motor? would it be able to fit in place of a zs172 or are the mounting points much different and the motor much taller?

i put a lectron carb on my 22 sr 450 and it sucks and blows at the same time. ordered a pumper carb yesterday. cant wait to send this overpriced paper weight back to lectron

What most do not understand is 60 to 70% of the parts on the Japanese and European bikes are made in china anyways . just like Nike they are made for penny's on the dollar in Chinese sweat shops . cut out the middle man and save some cash. if you replace all the peripherals ( chain sprockets cables etc .. ) the core is as good as a Honda . the chain that came on my 22 sr450s did not even have a master link . it was pressed on at the factory and bottom end as far as quality ...

Did the chinese copy these engines or make them themselves

got the 450s from my local powersport last week for 3999....

what did you do with the hot start on the carb? did you attach the original choke cable to it ? and what about the throttle position wire did you have to wire something up or just leave it and tuck it away??? ...

The day I bought my bike I had a brand new racing carburetor on it right away I've been messing around with SSR ever since I was a little kid for about over 15 years now after messing with them for so long you just learned that the carburetors aren't worth it and you throw them out as soon as you get a SSR

They got keys on the bikes cuz in a lot of States you can throw lights on them and make them rude legal like I did with mine on my sr250s it came with all the wiring hook the lights up and switches but my keys on my bars

Honda most of their stuff is replicated with Honda these days I have a SSR 2022 sr250s 6 Speed 80 miles an hour they are great bikes different very fun extremely Reliable Motors the nc250 is an extremely reliable motor same with the NC 300 and 450 amazing Motors love how they have stainless steel Parts internally instead of titanium

The parts availability is what got me interested in this engine. I'm building a crf 450 up from the ground and have decided to use the nc250 engine because its very easy and affordable to get the bits to rebuild it. With a high lift cam and a billet piston with a bit more compression its capable of matching the output of the big 4 manufacturers as well. Yes its chinese made but if the japanese want to make us pay a small fortune for parts I know what I'm going to do.

Year? 2020 carb, or '21 pumper carb? Old forks were 30lbs each tube, or combined? How much do the new forks weigh, each tube or combined? How did you bypass the keyed feature, if you did? Looks like that's a bad place for a key anyway.

Will Honda crf450x engine parts and other parts work for this? Wouldn’t/shouldn’t a Honda dealer have experience with this then or are they not allowed to work on them?

I put the fcr on mine completely different bike whent like crap with the cv carb slower than a xr250 I reckon. Also can you confirm if the blank plug for the tps sensor works and I would love to know the pinout on the tps plug on the bike side as the plug on my carb doesnt match

I'm at about 2400 ft elevation in the high desert of California , hopefully your jetting recipe works , I hate fiddling with jetting, has always been my kriptonite
