Mine was great for the desert and SuMo AFTER the FCR carb and intake opened up and 14t counter sprocket. It feels well above 45hp and closer to 50hp with all of it low/mid rpm's. I kept the stock boot, opened up the airbox. Also cut the light blue wire, just like the 450x wire mod. My issue now is after moving from the desert the 450 is too much in the woods where Im at so will be selling mine for a street legal smaller bike. If anybody is interested, mine has less than 30 hours and full Showa suspension from crf450x. Im in Wisconsin. Looking forward to a riding vid to see if it sounds like mine, DFast

@@dfast8712 I just want to test the tps as I feel a masive flat spot at high rpm might be my jetting or something and I have a theory if they copied the ECU the same the tps may make it run exactly how the crf original does. I can tell you this with that stock carburetor the exhaust has to be run with its DB killer that comes with it in it or you’ll actually lose power that’s how bad the stock carburetor is when you change the carburetor you can run it open or with the DB killer either way I was running the DB killer before but now I have to get a new exhaust I’m getting a FMF Q 4 which is quieter yet it flows

I had a 2019 KX450 and it’s right there there really isn’t much difference now that I put the FCR 41 mm on it it’s basically a Honda CRF 450 motor part for part so they’re all within a horsepower ,do to the fact that I have a little less compression it’s probably down a little and I know that another guy with one of these did basically the same mods overseas he dyno’ed his and he made 49hp for comparison a new crf450 is the king of the horsepower wars this year and it makes 55hp

@@dfast8712 So what’s the pink wire mod?

It’s called the pink wire mod on the Honda 450 X really on our bikes it’s the blue wire mod had the same exact wiring everything it’s just one color is different and basically all it does it doesn’t give me any more horsepower it just gives a more radical timing curve the wires hooked up so the X would have a little less timing on the bottom which I actually love it when people cut that it’s instant timing
