YUP, I didn't even realize it, but suddenly it hit me… I was actually letting it flow after the movies, my best guess is that when I go'ogled Beck Reznark's guide and read it, something changed inside me. Can’t quite explain it, it’s been months, I can’t believe I even had paruresis to begin with.

Good video , when E>A can we just compare the peak velocity during early and late diastole to their mean normal values respectively to decide whether it is diastolic dysfunction

I Just had this procedure done to me about an hour ago. I'm not gonna lie, it was a bit painful so don't be afraid to ask for more numbing. Hopefully this stops the constant pain in my shoulder and I won't need a shoulder replacement.

Mai 9 months se urine problem face kr raha tha kariban shahar ke sare urologist doctor ko dikhaliya tha but koi doctor koi medicine effects nahi kr rahi thi 1 hours me 5 se 6 baar washroom jaana padta tha jane ke bad khul ke peshab nahi hota tha aur mai student hu to thik se study bhi nahi kr pa raha tha fir is problem ke liye maine utracon syrup aur utracon capsule liya karib 3 se 4 mahine liya hoga maine ise aur mai puri tarah se thik ho gay

I believe there is more mitral regurgitation here than we see on that clip and it causes LA dilatation. IMHO there is no significant mitral stenosis here - as you said anterior leaflet is moving well. Still it is an interesting case, fortunately as an cardiology resident in developed country I’m not really familiar with rheumatic heart disease

E’ and E/e’ normal but e/a is 0.8 and decel time is 250ms. EF is 70%. What would you say about this patient? he is young. 6 years ago e/a was 1.3 and decel time 160ms ago and EF 60%
