Good video , when E>A can we just compare the peak velocity during early and late diastole to their mean normal values respectively to decide whether it is diastolic dysfunction

My echo cardiography report - Valve(mitral valve) E-A of MV flow is 1.64 E- 180 cm/sec A-110 cm/sec Pressure gradient (MM hg)- 6 Regurgitation grade-0/4 Are these parameters normal? please confirm this. I am requesting you with folded hand🙏

So we can say that by dividing the MV E Velocity by MV A Velocity we get the E/A ratio in echocardiography, thanks for the info much appreciated the help

E’ and E/e’ normal but e/a is 0.8 and decel time is 250ms. EF is 70%. What would you say about this patient? he is young. 6 years ago e/a was 1.3 and decel time 160ms ago and EF 60%
