Kul att höra. Ingen som möjligen kan dela Tonkraft-inspelningen med Sådd från Tonkraft i P3 den 26 dec 1979? Vore kul att höra det igen.

I hear the intonations of an Australian accent in a lot on Peek's melodies. Maybe there was such an intention, but most likely it was instinctive because, as an Australian, the accent would have literally been music to his ears; as familiar or natural as can be.

Av och med mannen som gjorde signaturmelodin, tillsammans med A Henriksson, till Björnes magasin. Men även delaktig i komponerandet av (vill jag minnas) Lång ner i ett kaninhål, med Samla Mammas Manna.

This track evokes vivid memories from the mornings from way back, 40 years ago. By the end of the 1980s, I was trying to find a VHS copy but even an engineer at Granada was unable to help. Now in 2024, a very helpful chap from Facebook sent me here… Keep searching, tenacity and kind strangers are a very powerful combination.

Far East Family Band - “NIPPONJIN (Japanese People)” The songs from “Nipponjin (Japanese People)” - Join Our Mental Phase Sound (on compilation album released in 1976) Music by Fumio Miyashita Arrangement: Far East Family Band Produced by Fumio Miyashita Far East Family Band (1975) Fumio Miyashita: Vocals, Guitars Hirohito Fukushima: guitars Akira Ito: Keyboards Masaaki Takahashi: keyboards (later changes his name to “KITARO” and goes solo) Akira Fukakusa: bass guitar Shizuo Takasaki: Drums Recorded March - May 1975 at Nippon Columbia Main Studio, Tokyo, Japan “NIPPONJIN (Japanese People)” When the dream is over I can’t stay another day ‘Cause for sure I know myself But now I want know where I stand Secluded by the waters I still hear what’s going on There’s no way to go back Now that I hit this road got to get high // The mystique of their music has its roots in the ancient Japanese culture that has been handed down in Japan since the Jomon Pottery Age 14,000 years ago and the traditional Japanese Shinto spirituality indigenous to nature worship, which is fused with Pink Floyd-type music. Those two elements blend so well and enchantingly.

Great album. Every song is very beautiful. I bought it as a test without knowing anything in the 90s and after that Klaus Schönning is a favorite.

For those who don't know this it is a musical take on a painting on display in Edinburgh. It looks like a bunch of weird color unless you place a parabolic mirror in exactly the right place. In the mirror you see a perfect portrait of Charlie. Phil wrote a sing that moved from a gavaut the royal dance of the day...became the Scottish loyalist song...to again go to court dancing mudic...never changed count..brilliant
@norbukeung2 ай бұрын
do you have the name of the painting by any chance?
@ladel25403 күн бұрын
@@norbukeung The "Secret Painting" (or "Secret Portrait Object") is the most valuable piece in the West Highland Museum in the town of Fort William, Scotland. It can be seen on the museum website or even better in full screen on the National Archive website (the official national archive of the British government) with the web path [ Home > Education > Classroom resources > Jacobite Rising of 1745 > Secret portrait object ]. Another interesting thing about the Secret Painting is that it is essentially a counterfeit version of another painting, the portrait "Prince Charles Edward Stuart, 1720 - 1788. Eldest Son of Prince James Francis Edward Stuart" by Allan Ramsay (1713 - 1784). This other painting is instead located at the National Galleries of Scotland in Edinburgh

Texten är lika bra som musiken. Det finns ett djup. Imponerande att så unga musiker kunde skapa något så bra. Kanske betraktades dock deras låtar som lite svårtillgängliga vid denna tid. Punken hade ännu ett starkt fotfäste.
