Not gonna lie, i have to set the playback speed 0.75 to prevent my vertigo from triggering. I understand some phones have a camera stabilizers to help w the movement... perhaps something to consider if you haven't already. I am a glutton for punishment n will listen to the video in its entirety n just pause when i hear something i gotta watch.

Oh my goodness! Those candlesticks (24:01), the red transferware (32:05) and that trumeau (34:15) were amazing! Idk what a lampe berger is used for but now i want one! Hello Nana, so happy you are enjoying our content, we love antiquing so much! The Bronze statue of the girl was simply stunning wasn't it? It was priced at 290 euros. I already have a beautiful bronze statue art deco and she cost me just over 200 euros, searching for her twin 😉.

This is really interesting. We had a concrete pool installed in 2014 and this is certainly very different. Really enjoyed seeing the framing being built. Always good to see the basic construction

@@DanaStinson-r9l Yes it certainly was. It took 5 weeks but not a leak in sight! Our tip is not to plan to hang any washing out during that time. The amount of moss and dirt is enormous! 😎

That studio bathroom is wayyyy too small, especially if you're planning to rent it out in the near future... Whyyyyy would you need a yoga room, do the yoga outside near the pool when the weather is beautiful...That way you can extend the by studio apartment bathroom. That's wayyyy more important, especially if you're going to rent it out for visitors. Beside a nice bathroom bring more value to a house than a yoga room.
