1:03:25 Super frustrating having the code and comments in two places. In addition to that, the issue queue is cluttered/mixed in with code review, general comments, support requests, status updates, related issues, patches, automated MR comments.. It's really hard to navigate for someone new to Drupal. Not to mention the email spam everytime an issue is updated. How many of our inboxes are completely taken over by issue queue updates?

Oh I like that Idea a lot. Features has such an UI, but since config management 2.0 was out we did not use it anymore. I'd love to see a new UI once recipes got away from their experimental status. By the way guys I love that podcast. Do never stop to create new episodes, please. You're AWESOME 🎉

We are using Logical CSS for more than 3 years to handle RTL / LTR websites. It makes css really easier, lighter, and websites faster. Really happy Gin added this new css feature and corresponding workflow to generate exclusively logical CSS with PostCSS. I'm also really hoping Core will follow the same road, to avoid unnecessary overrides.

Workspaces are currently thought of a "special" use case, but I think of it as a common use case. You very often find yourself in a place that where you need to update / edit more than one entity / piece of content at a time. Workspaces is for that. I'm totally on board with the idea that EVERY edit should be put into a workspace. An invisible default workspace that can catch and collect a number of edits at once so that they can all be published at once.

Thank you :) - Workspaces Extra could be in Drupal Core or Drupal CMS - The Content Version idea is so nice - by a v-number or a v-date and revisions

Thank you :) - (lightness and prettiness under light or dark modes). - looking for a show about CSS Logical Properties with Sascha Eggenberger and his changes in the Gin admin theme. - Maybe all of Drupal Core will follow suit.

Also, for a paid premium service, you need to provide some cloud/remote service, otherwise how do you hide the code? Can we run Drupal modules as binaries now?!

The next step imho is making a UI for recipes, next to the modules list, with an ability to snapshot the config and roll back.

Drupal is my favorite web framework. It can really do anything, and it’s free. Drupal’s weakest points imo are its marketing and its content authoring experience. The developer experience to me is far from why Drupal is not as popular as it should be.

Thank you so much for the feature! We are excited about your insightful review and we really hope to power other big projects than our own. Currently we have several large project based on Transform API and Vue.js. We would love to do a more insightful demo at some stage or if you are interested in this :)

50:00 I got excited about Drupal local dev with DDEV.. isn't that enough? You can then deploy to a few integrated hosts with a command..

Like was said I think it's a marketing issue. When you go to a react app site it says "run 2 commands then go to your browser", Drupal needs an "official" spin up a site in a couple commands easy to find on the site so new people can get started right away. Yes I agree ddev does have pre setup things you can run that help and make it fast but it's not obvious and easy like some other projects do.

30:00 yeah! The part that needs much improvement is the theme building! Olivero is not enough and if we want people to be able to make sites just by GUI with recipes, for sure we need to improve the theming part, not just with templates but js behaviours too! Single Directory Components are not enough either cause they don't apply to forms..

An AI to build a recipe? Sounds like that could go wrong a number of different ways but that would be pretty cool.

Great podcast! This Drupal module indeed offers a lot of practical value, especially for those looking to level up their SEO efforts. Here are a few additional insights from your podcastm that i can do -AI-Driven Analysis: It’s not just about generating reports; the module gives you tailored, actionable insights for each content piece, helping you adjust keywords, structure, and even meta descriptions. -Data-Storage for Continuous Improvement: All reports are stored within your database, allowing you to track SEO progress over time and refine strategies based on historical data. -Customizable SEO Reports: You can tweak the analysis parameters to suit your specific goals, making it flexible for different content types or website needs. -Direct Integration in Node View: No need to switch between tools. All SEO analysis is right where you need it, inside your Drupal site’s node view. By integrating AI-driven insights directly into your workflow, this module doesn't just save time-it empowers content creators and admins to focus on what really matters: delivering high-quality, optimized content that ranks.

Not really looked at AI in Drupal beyond the openai module but it is clear from watching this and the Driesnote that this initiative could be a real pivot point for the Drupal project and become the key usp between Drupal and other CMSs due to structural superiority. Already thought of many features I can deliver that will add real value to my clients and prospects. P.s. Watched the podcast since it's start, thanks and fair play for staying with it. I suspect that this episode will probably get your highest views ever. 🙂

It is really amazing how quickly all the different AI related modules or "initiatives" were brought together into "the one" solution. I've never seen such a strong "let's come togheter" kinda moments in Drupal history ever. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!
