Totally agree, congrats, your passion is obvious. My partner (PPL, she got me into flying) and I (RPL) have done similar in New Caledonia with seaplanes last year and we just returned from Europe where we did a couple of hours with Max Aviation flying over Umbria, Italy, including a quick landing to swap so we each sat in the left hand seat. Please keep posting and enjoying the journey. Rod

I have had windy on my phone for years and never knew it had all this capability, definitely will use it to aid in my flight weather planning. Great video!

It’s a Tecnam P92 Eaglet G5. A very fun little plane to fly!

Great video! Which I don't understand how SA in flight is different then SA walking or driving other then being in 3D over father distances and slower? That could be the ADD-autistic, Boy scout wargame and virtual pilot in me though...

Haha, yeah it is much the same I guess but the situational complexity is increased. Maybe it's more closely related to trying to ride a unicycle through a supermarket whilst reading a shopping list and not bumping into anyone 😄

Great videos, i have been flying 5530 for the last month or two. You need to drop in to my strip in Dereel and show me your camera and audio setup. Strip is on ozrunways.

Thanks! 5530 is a fun machine to fly hey! And absolutely, just looked up the field now. Looks like a good spot for some short field work. Will definitely organise a fly in one weekend 👍

Thank you for your video. I am just doing my pilot license and was looking up flying videos around Lethbridge but I was thinking about Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. Either way thank you for your video.

Do you still pucker your butthole landing those little planes no matter how many flights you've done?
@flightfix
@flightfix 4 ай бұрын
Hahaha no not at all. Gusty crosswinds always have a pucker factor, but with good winds these planes are super stable and predicable 👍
