This was very helpful for me. I was using the corner of my thumb nail area instead of the mid-line area. I had a lot of trouble from high B and higher.

Excellent. This has been the best video for helping explain a good thumb technique - especially when you say "Let me show you .. " and give a great view of what you are doing with your thumb. Now that I know what to do, I better get practicing... no more excuses ...

Great video. Helped me out alot. Can I ask how to play High G#? I want to be able to play a full chromatic scale up to the High Bb but I haven't been able to figure out high G# nor find it online.

I don’t even know any of the notes but i know Mask Off on my recorder because I learnt the hand positions of it when i was 11… and now i will be doing this to carry the tradition on
