This 7" single version of this song is still the best. Don't get me wrong, I also love the stereo version on the album, but this mono mix is just more "fun".
@Jukebox45sАй бұрын
I think "powerful" would be the best way to describe the mono mix. I've been into metal most of my life and people are shocked when I say my first taste was the Archies when I was 8. The fuzz guitar in that intro was something I would play over and over again. It evolved into an obsession that has resulted in a lot of blown speakers over the years.

We Clearly Need to Encourage BETTER CARE AND TREATMENTS FOR VICTIMS. PROFESSIONALS EXIST THAT CAN HELP & ASSIST, BUT DIFFICULT TO ADDRESS. PREVENTION IS MOST CRUCIAL, AND WEEDING OUT OFFENDERS. Yes he was. KKIS had it's strong signal in the Contra Costa County area, as far up as Sacramento and East to the Stockton area as well. Only a marginal signal in San Francisco. It also wasn't a major market station. KFRC had the big signal (and much bigger paychecks) than KKIS.

@RadioAirchecks And another sad thing is that many D.J.s today kind of sound the same.... I began listening to him starting way back in 1974, and I was in Junior High. He was, like many hundreds of fans, a HUGE part of my mornings.... And mentally helping me to get ready for my school day.... And then he left ( kicked out of ) KFRC.... That was, I believe in 1986.... NO ONE can even come close to his truly great on air persona, or his oftentimes self - depreciating humor. Quick addendum: I once wrote him a fan letter back in 1980. He wrote back thanking me, and included an autographed 8×10 photo, and he was wearing a tuxedo. I still have that picture today, framed very nicely, and using museum glass. It's my most prized possession.... ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
