i suck at winning arm wrestling, unless they cant overpower me straight off, i loose 100% of my strength the second i start to push down. but i can hold for a very long time, and they have to use more and more force the closer i am to loosing, and i can almost retain all the power even with my albow in a constant 90deg bend, even done good with it further away, some times i will let them pull in and i will sit and just allow it and its still a struggle for them, i know im not winning, but i will make them look as bad as possible for struggling that much winning hehe
