Respect to you both!! Devon for mentally and physically training and helping Brian to enter this new stage of combat and strength and also to Brian Shaw. My lord are you taking to arm strength combat quickly. Yes you’re strong but the amount of technique and knowledge one must acquire to compete in high level arm wrestling is so hard to do. You’re doing it and from all signs so far the big table and big matches are coming prob next yr. Unless you get so good so fast maybe 6months and you plow through low level and mid level guys to put you at the big table. Stay with it. Stay you.

Arm wrestling isnt about gripping hard. Its also about slipping, climbing, hooking and pressing. While a strongman has to grip heavy weights

I don't think this is a true grip strength because the weights also increase in volume and that makes it a hand size competition on top of strength. Grip strength should have a standard grip surface on each weight with only the base weight changing. IMO

Those weights cant be true, come one i can lift up 15 kg dumbell with my small finger no way that i could fail with 5 fingers on 20 kgs.. And i am not even training at all

I have very large hands, and medium grip strength. I agree with you? I can lift many big things up not due to my grip strength, but just the size of my palm / extra long fingers.

100% correct. Because Magnus Midtbo at 5'8 155lbs went around KZbin showcasing his climbers strength. He completed many feats that Brian and others couldnt. JujiMufu had Magnus on his youtube where he completed many tests with ease, where body builders and strongmen struggled. Watch Magnus vs Larry Wheels for reference. Magnus also had the Norwegian Hulk on his youtube and he matched every lift the strong man did.

i think yall dont kow how power is generated ,besides muscle types which can vary and will result in more or less "grip/power" ,power us also a function of size by means of leverage aka "size"
